"The Ocean Springs lodge is very friendly. We stopped in for a brief visit on Friday afternoon and were warmly welcomed by the members and the bartender. The lodge building was built after Hurricane Katrina destroyed the old building. The new building is so high off the ground that they have an elevator. The lodge has a calendar showing events on most nights. They have a Sunday morning breakfast that we plan to attend."

"We do NOT recommend playing bingo here! We had a horrible time! We showed up, although a few minutes late, for the early bird games. We had intended on not buying in too big until feeling out the place and the caller. So as we discussed pack options, prices, and rules with the attendant, the first game started and the caller was calling at a semi slow, calm pace. The pace was slow and steady, so much so that we made our purchase, found seats, setup, and caught up with time to spare before the first bingo was called. Mind you we asked the attendant if this was the normal calling speed and what we should expect. She assured us that it was. So for a total of 7 games in early bird that is how it went. Then the regular games started, oh boy, the caller got much much faster, and the times in-between balls were not consistent. My fiance started timing with the stopwatch. 10 seconds, 7 seconds, 20 seconds, 8 seconds, 12 seconds. After that game ended we asked around us, “ if she got faster?” They said, “Yes!”. And they told us, to ask her to slow down next time. We played another two games. Nothing changed and we noticed we were not the only ones struggling to keep up. At the same time two others along with both of us, we all said slow down, can you slow down. The caller slowed down for a few numbers, then went back to her fast inconsistent calling. Some regulars started talking crap about it. The fast inconsistent calling continued for the rest of the games. This place does not use a timer for calling the next ball. It is random and inconsistent. They sell 3 size bingo books. The calling is only good for the small books and hope you don't have many wilds because she announced two wilds and then 6 seconds later started calling balls. They should have a timer for calling. They should use a time that is good for all the different size game books. They would sell more of the bigger books if they did use a timer and were more consistent! We will never play bingo here again!!"

"Best steak night around, every other Friday. Chris Hill is a master on the grill and his wife Christine always creates the best desserts around. The country fried steak breakfast they have sometimes on Sundays are HUGE and delicious.Fun place to hang out and drink ice cold beer."
